WHAT SUPPORTS YOUR SUCCESS



1. Watch your diet! Little coffee, no sweets, no alcohol, avoid food which is difficult to digest!
2. Drink a lot! Preferably the tea blends, tuned to your needs by your institute, in order to stimulate the purification and opening of the fat depots, approx. 2-3 liters per day. Avoid soft drinks and carbonated drinks!
3. Start with deacidification! (Restoring of the balance of acids and bases). Acidaemia does not only lead to malfunctions of the metabolism, excess weight and loose tissue, but it is also the cause of many severe diseases. Measures: Change of diet (potatoes, vegetables), basic tea, lots of exercise.
4. Move a lot! It does not have to be competitive sports. 20 minutes quick walking per day are already sufficient to activate your metabolism and the lymphatic system again.


Aim: To bring the metabolism permanently into balance!


Summary: Prefer a light diet, divided into 5 meals, watch out for hidden fats, eat fruits and lots of vegetables, drink a lot, exercise a lot, pay attention to basic food and treat yourself regularly to the relaxing treatments in your cosmetic institute. This enhances your well-being and caresses your soul!

The following factors relieve/strain our organism

Protein: is the nutrient of our body. The daily need is approx. 70 g (e.g. contained in 300 g chicken or 300 g parmesan or 2 liters of milk or 400 g lentils). During pregnancy and in the breast feeding period the protein need goes up to 100 till 120 g! Too little protein weakens the organism, too much strains it heavily and leads to acidaemia (danger of articular gout!).

Vital substances, like vitamins, minerals, micro elements and enzymes (ferments) activate all processes in our body and metabolism. Too little vital substances lead to disturbances of the complete well-being of the body and soul.

Dietary fibres are the inevitable filling and transport material of our digestion. In our nutrition dietary fibres are strongly neglected. Instead of consuming 30 g per day, we only consume 5 - 10 g.

Fat and carbohydrates are the fuel of our life motor, too much fat strains our metabolism, too little fat disables digestion (gall!). Carbohydrates should be consumed in the form of natural products like fruits, vegetables and wholemeal products and not in the form of industrial sugar!
Uncontrolled cures inevitably strain the body and can cause severe disturbances of the metabolism! !

Stress, disputes, noise and psychic strains as well as wrong nutrition can block important metabolism processes. Grief grieves and makes sick!

Cooking fats and food cooked with too much heat. These highly saturated fats leave behind straining acids in the body at their decomposition.

Harmful residues in the air, soil and water, which get into our body through the food chain and food additives, which are added to the alimentation at industrial mass production.

Wrong eating habits: Most people either eat too much and too fast, without variation, without thinking, against their inner clock. The opulent evening meal should be exchanged again by a moderate slice of bread.

Sugar, pastries and soft drinks deprive the body of important vitamins and minerals, they strain the pancreas, disable learning of children and are the main cause for our weight problems, because sugar=fat!

Excess acid is one of the main causes for feeling uncomfortable ("acidic") and beginning diseases like circulation problems, allergies, nervousness, migraine, rheuma, skin diseases and fluid retention in the tissue.

Salted meat products and sausages: The nitrite of the salt can change into nitrosamines (carcinogenic) when being heated (or digested). Pickling salt is not necessary!
